It’s finally that time of the year again. A time when we start looking forward to Thursday nights more than Friday nights. A time when we grab a bowl of popcorn, an over-sized glass of red wine, and/or a bottle of tequila, and sit back and be entertained. A time when we all go from being a surgeon, to a gladiator, to a lawyer in the short span of three hours.
If you are anything like me, Thursday night’s are more than just a time for great television; they are a religious experience. The woman behind this addiction to Thursday nights is Shonda Rhimes. For those of you who do not know, Shonda is the creator and writer of “Grey’s Anatomy” and “Scandal” and is an executive producer for both shows, as well as “How To Get Away With Murder.” All three of these shows can be viewed from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Thursday nights on ABC.
To get us all hyped for the return of our three favorite network dramas, let’s take a look at some of the most valuable life lessons we learned from the shows that have destroyed our emotions, captured our hearts and stolen our social lives…
