Halloween is just around the corner and everyone is scurrying around to find a costume that is perfect for the year and may just win a costume contest. One of my favorite things is to see costumes that are clever and will make me laugh until I'm rolling on the floor. Whether the costume is funny, spooky, cute or even silly it is all in good spirit of Halloween!

1. Whip and Nae Nae

This couple took a popular song and made it into a hilarious costume that is sure to impress the rest of the crew. They will definitely be busting a move on the dance floor to show off their costumes.

2. Budlight Year

This girl rocked the costume that is perfect for a party. It not only recycles the boxes from a fun college night but also has makes a funny play on words. Watch out, because this girl is off "to infinity and beyond!"

3. The Miss Universe Mix-Up

No one can forget the hilarious mix-up Steve Harvey made on live television this year during the Miss Universe pageant. It will forever be engrained in people's minds through memes and this cute and funny costume.

4. One-Night Stand

Another funny play on words for a costume that will make everyone LOL at the party. This costume is insanely clever and will surely impress some of the ladies with this idea.

5. Twinkies

How can you not aww at this adorable costume for these newborn twins. The parents of these twins surely knew how to win at the Halloween costume game. These Twinkies are too sweet for this world.

It is a safe bet that any play on words costume will get you tons of applause from others on Halloween. This philosopher surely knows how to use his words to make a point.

Simple but effective: That basically sums up this costume that probably took about 5 minutes to put together. With this costume you can definitely beat your way through the entire night at a Halloween party.

A delicious meal turned into a hilarious and simple costume for Halloween, this guy's costume will surely be the most loved at any party. It is extremely clever and cannot stop making me LOL.
