Living on Long Island has made me come across these amazing breakfast places that are to die for. I am not a huge breakfast person but when I am going out with my family or friends these are the best places to go to whether it's for a bagel, an egg sandwich or a huge plate of bacon, eggs, and toast.

1. Metropolis Diner - Medford, NY

If you live in the area, you know about this diner. This diner serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food is absolutely amazing. I go there at least once a week and I am always 100% satisfied about the food, the staff and even the prices aren't so crazy either!

2. Toast Coffee House - Patchogue, NY & Port Jeff, NY

The Patchogue location is fairly new and it is very delicious. I totally recommend the Cinnamon Swirl French Toast with a side of bacon... IT IS SO GOOD and it is definitely worth the money that it costs since it is a little more pricey then regular breakfast spots.

3. Bagels Your Way - Medford, NY

Whenever me and my friends wake up and we're hungry, this is the best place to go for egg sandwiches and bagels. They are very quick with their work and they are very respectful to the customers even though they are a little over priced. AND the best part is... there is no minimum on a debit card.

4. Maureen's Kitchen- Smithtown, NY

Whenever I go to Maureen's Kitchen, I always wait for the longest time. It is never quiet in this place so be prepared to wait, but it is definitely worth the wait. The staff is very quick and attentive. ALWAYS BE SURE TO TRY THE SPECIALS!!!!

5. Crazy Beans- Stonybrook, NY

Even though I am not a coffee fan, this place has amazing coffee! They have both breakfast and lunch and everything on the menu seems absolutely delicious! Definitely one of the best places on Long Island.

6. Country Kitchen - Patchogue, NY

Totally just went there yesterday... But every time I go there I always try something new and it is amazing. On the weekends it tends to get crazy and a long wait but it's definitely worth it. It's cheap, the service is amazing, and the staff is punctual and always checks up on their tables.

7. Super Bowls- Sayville, NY

The Acai Bowls are amazing and super healthy. You can enjoy eating healthy and sitting outside on Main Street in Sayville. You also get a lot for what you are paying for.

8. iHOP- Ronkonkoma, NY

If you are craving pancakes, go to iHOP. Everyone knows what iHop is and that their is definitely one close by. They are super reasonably price and you never have to wait.... except on FREE PANCAKE DAY!!!!

9. Sweet and Savory - Patchogue, NY & Port Jeff, NY

At Sweet and Savory, they have all different types of crepes. They offer fruit, chocolate, eggs, coffee, pudding, etc. There's one right by the water in Port Jeff and it is definitely a great place to go for breakfast, or even a date.

10. Dennys- Centereach, NY

Lets just put it this way... $4 ENDLESS PANCAKES!!!!! They have a $2, $4, $6, $8 menu and it is so good and worth the money. Other then breakfast, they also have lunch and dinner. But to be 100% honest, Denny's outside of New York is so much better...

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
