Everyone knows how much Cory Matthews and Shawn Hunter loved each other in the series Boy Meets World. Their friendship was authentic.

1. They were always there for each other.

Through every up and down. All break ups and relationships. This was the one thing both of them could count on; each other.

2. They were scared to live far from each other.

Obviously Topanga didn't understand the importance of 70 miles to these two. They've never be separated like that since they were in grade school. 70 miles feels like a lifetime.

3. No matter what, they always checked in.

They couldn't get far without talking to each other. They needed to check in and get any updates on what was going on.

4. Like all good best friends, they had a handshake.

1,2,3 and GO!

5. They never let each other fall.

Shawn and Cory carried each other through and through each season, never allowing the other to fall.

6. Even after 20 years, their friendship was the best.

And they will defend it always.

7. They weren't afraid to stand up to each other.

A few times they had to yell at each other, all out of love but they never hesitated to call the other out on their crap.

8. Topanga even got jealous.

Like all significant others, Topanga got jealous of Cory and Shawn's friendship at times.

9. They planned their future children together.

This may not be the most normal thing, but it definitely was cute. Shawn and Cory may be the only bromance that can talk about their children and it not be weird.

10. They even look at each other special.

That gaze into each other's eyes. Pure, genuine bromance

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
