I have to admit I watched "This Is Us" in about a week after my therapist recommended the show. From the beginning I fell in love with each and every one of the characters and couldn't wait to find out what happened next. While I was disappointed in the season finale, this might be one of my favorite shows. Here are 10 thoughts I have while watching.

1. All of the couples are adorable and raw

2. Here come the tears

3. Why am I even crying...?

4. Why won't they tell us how Jack died?

5. Here comes a flashback

6. Be quiet Miguel

7. "Big Three" is the cutest thing

8. What is even happening right now?

9. Jack is such an amazing dad

10. This is my new favorite show!
