Looking back at high school people regret missing out on so many things. Senior year is one of the most important years in high school. After that your days of being a kid are essentially over. Whether you're going straight to college, work, or even traveling for a year you're never going to get these days back.
1.Get Your Senior Pictures Done
One of the saddest things I saw while looking through my yearbook was all of the blank pictures, maybe it didn't mean anything then but in 20 years when you look back at it you're to regret not putting something there. Even if you had a bad hair day that day, its still a memory!
2. Get to Know the People You're Graduating With
Some of the people in your class may actually be pretty cool. You may even have a thing or two in common with them.
3. Participate in Spirit Week
This one is huge. All of the pictures taken during Spirit Week will go into the yearbook, not to mention this week is just plain fun. I was in college my senior year of high school and still made sure to dress up.
4. Go All Out at the Pep Rally
The Pep Rally has the word "pep" in it for a reason. Its supposed to get everyone amped up for the big football game. Show some school spirit that day and have fun! Who cares what people think.
Who wouldn't want to spend a Friday night out with their friends having fun and supporting their football team? Even if you don't like football its still good to go and get involved in stuff.
6. Participate in Senior Week
This week is designed for seniors to HAVE FUN!! So many fun activities ranging from Six Flags to a Hypnotist. This is what all of your class dues paid for, so go enjoy it.
7. Slack off a Little
That doesn't mean go fail all of your classes because you're a senior, but enjoy your senior skip day, go to the beach and hang out with your friends. Stop worrying about college and school work for one day and live a little.
8. Go to Prom
Prom only comes twice during your high school year and then its over. So go spend the ridiculous amount of money and go enjoy a night out with your friends. Don't forget to dance like no one is watching.
9. Spend Time With Your Close Friends
If you do plan on going to college, chances are you aren't going to see your friends for a while, unless you all plan on going to the same school. There's nothing sadder than when your whole friend group goes in separate directions, so make the most of the time you have left.
10. GRADUATE!!!
This is most likely going to happen..but make the most of your graduation and enjoy your special day!
