I'm a Netflix junkie. These are some that you definitely need to watch.

1.) If Stranger Things is not on your list to watch, it should be. The story line is phenomenal, and the filmography is flawless. The creators did a stellar job of staying true to '80s style filming, but not making it look outdated. It's X-Files meets the Goonies. But it's the best possible combination.

2.) On a more girly note, Gilmore Girls is also a show I couldn't help but binge watch. I saw one episode this summer while in the waiting room at the doctor's office. When I got home, I began watching. I was absolutely hooked. Not necessarily a choice of a show for a guy to watch.

3.) This is a show for anybody. Delinquent teens are put on the Earth after years of living in a space station while earth was ravaged by nuclear wars. They have to survive the remnants of Earth, while surviving others.

4.) Looking for something funny? Look no further! That '70s show is for you. It's a show form the 2000s based on a group of high schoolers from a small town in Wisconsin. The only down side, is that it alludes to the characters being major stoners.

5.) As far as movies go, 50 First Dates is definitely one of my all time favorites. It may seem like a girly movie, and it is. But it's insanely funny and guys will find enjoyment in it too. My boyfriend even enjoyed this movie. Truly a movie for everyone.

6.) My boyfriend would absolutely have a fit if I didn't include one of his favorites. I've never watched it, but I trust his opinion. I also have a lot of friends who recommend watching Arrow.

7.) This is the show of ultimate twists into fairytales you thought you knew. It brings modern times into these ancient stories. Overall it is such a great show for anyone.

8.) Being the Rodeo Queen that I am, I enjoy watching the show. It's essentially a documentary about Profession Bull Riding and some of the people who are the best at it. Not a show for someone who thinks its too violent. As my roommate calls it "Big Scary Horn Cows" that are too mean.

9.) If you can ignore some of the inappropriateness, this show is absolutely hilarious. The entire show is a man retelling the story of how he met his children's mother.

10.) This is another funny one. JD and Turk are best friends. The show is basically all of the shenanigans that they get into while at a teaching hospital. Dr. Cox is the sarcastic, rude doctor that keeps everyone in their place.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
