1. Every time you pass by a cute baby in a stroller your heart melts.

You begin making faces at him or her to make them laugh. You talk to the baby and if the mother seems friendly you’ll comment on the cuteness of her baby.

2. In church, you are usually the first person to rush to the nursery after the service to hold and play with one of the babies.

You then proceed to carry said baby around during coffee hour until the baby’s family has to leave.

3. You know how many children you want to have once you are married.

You have planned out how many babies you want, in the time frame you want to have them in.

4. You can't wait to be a mother.

You can’t wait to be pregnant and begin taking care of a new tiny human once he or she enters the world. You are also secretly hoping for at least one set of twins.

5. You have a list of baby names picked out.

You’ve had this list for a while so it probably exceeds 15 names.

6. You love making babies laugh.

When you can make a baby happy, your day has been made.

7. You love baby-sitting.

When a family calls you to come over and babysit, you are very happy since you get to play with little ones. You love reading stories to them and putting them down for a nap while singing them to sleep.

8. Everyone who knows you, knows you can't resist babies.

Whether at church or at a family reunion, everyone knows that you are always the person who will be loving the babies in the room. Mothers love when you walk in since it gives them a break to relax for a bit.

9. You are not afraid of changing diapers.

You know you are making the baby feel better once he or she has a clean diaper on. That makes you happy.

10. You know that parenting is challenging at times, but you still can’t wait to have a family.

Even though it can sometimes be a challenge to be a parent, you know it will be well worth it and you can’t wait to teach your children to grow up and be strong people. You can’t wait for them to learn from you and your spouse and for you both to learn from them. You can’t wait to love them incredibly.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
