1) Being asked "So you want to be a lawyer?" question.
Just because I love studying law doesn't mean I want to me a lawyer.
2) After graduation plans.
Some of us have no idea what we want to do after graduation.
3. Constantly being asked for legal advice.
By law I can't give you legal advice, but I can direct you to a lawyer though.
4. Memorizing Supreme Court cases.
knowing the name of the case is easy to remember, but remembering each one with more then 30 pages of opinions just wants to makes us go crazy.
5. Reading a court case that's over 50 pages long.
Why can't I just read about who won and why instead of reading the history?
6. Getting excited when a Supreme Court case decision is announced.
It's like Christmas to us!. We waited months for a decision to come out.
7. Being treated like you're in law school.
Don't know the answer? That sucks because you just lost points. Didn't understand the reading? Not my problem. Literally, they treat us like we're law students and they will embarrass you in front of the class. Don't be surprised if you see someone crying.
8. Starbucks is your best friend.
Meet your new best friend for the semester. Trust me because you'll be up at 4 in the morning trying to remember legal terms and writing case analysis.
9. We know our rights.
10. Fulling knowing the Constitution.
We took a Constitutional law class so don't be surprised if we correct you if you're wrong.
