With fall finally here and all the coolness in the air, I decided to write about ten things that I think everyone looks forward to when it comes to fall. I particularly am not a huge fan of cold weather and for me, fall is pretty cold, but I still really like it, though. So without further delay here are the 10 things I think everyone loves about fall.

1. Sweater Weather

A lot of people really like fall because it is that time of the year where you get to wear hoodies, sweaters, scarves, sweatpants and more. Fellas we know you all like the sweatpants weather, and ladies this is the time of the year where we like to steal our boyfriend's hoodies.

2. Changing Of Leaves

Another thing everyone really likes about fall is watching the leaves changes from green to beautiful colors such as purple, pink, orange and so much more. It is always a beautiful sight to walk around or even drive around and see how pretty the trees look when they change colors. I really love looking at the pink ones.

3. Hot Chocolate, Tea, and Coffee

Who doesn't like sitting by the fire drinking hot chocolate, tea or coffee? There is nothing better than feeling the warmth of the drink going through your body; it is the best.

4. Football

The number one thing that people look forward to a lot during fall is football season. Football is pretty much the most popular sport in America, and it is something that a lot of people likes to watch. It can get pretty intense.

5. Pumpkins

When you think of fall another thing that comes to mind is pumpkin picking, pumpkin pies, pumpkin spice lattes and everything pumpkin; it's pretty much a pumpkin season.

6. Halloween

Let's be real though who doesn't like dressing up and getting free candy?

7. Cuffing Season

Everyone is looking for someone to cuddle with when it gets cold outside .

8. Comforting Food

Foods like soup, candy apple, butternut squash, s'mores and so much more. Honestly just thinking about it is making me happy.

9. Haunted Houses

Though I have never been to a haunted house, a lot of people tell me that they look forward to them so much, and they love it. It's a scary good time!

10. Bonfires

I previously mentioned bonfires in number three but I really think that bonfires are really a part of fall becomes it brings warmth to the coldness.

Now that fall is here I hope everyone enjoys most of the things that are on this list and has fun before winter hits.

Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
