lling all basic Starbuck's pumpkin spice latte white girls--who's ready for fall?! I am super hype and ready for fall so here are 10 of my favorite things.
1. The Leaves Changing
I love everything about fall, especially in my beautiful home state of Indiana. Nothing gets my heart more excited than when the leaves begin to change and you can feel a slight coolness in the breeze when it hits your face. The weather is that perfect in between; it isn't hot as Hell but it's cool enough to need a light jacket.
2. The Clothes
Boots, scarves, jeans, hunter green, beanies, and cute jackets, oh my! There are so many adorably festive outfits for the season of fall. Everything is so versatile and interchangeable. Perfect for selfies!
3. Pumpkin
'Tis the season of pumpkin everything. Candles, candy, cookies, hand soap, marshmallows! Everything! The time that stores get attacked with fall products and every American will go and buy all the stuff you don't need but want because it is so much fun to be festive.
4. Pumpkin Patch
Going to the pumpkin patch is a super fun family activity no matter your age. Everything from riding the wagon out to the patch to finding the perfect pumpkin to carving them. Nothing gets me more excited for fall than carving pumpkins.
5. Apple Orchards
Nothing screams early fall September fun more than going to an apple orchard and picking out a bunch of yummy and fresh apples to devour.
6. Halloween
I love Halloween. Halloween is fun no matter what age you are, whether you're passing out candy, dressed up yourself, or you have to take your siblings out to go get candy. The tradition of Halloween sounds a little creepy and contradicts everything you're told as a kid about strangers but it's once a year you get to break those rules and get some yummy candy. Plus, seeing all the pumpkin carvings are so much fun to see!
7. Haunted Houses

8. Thanksgiving
Despite all the historical things that no one talks about from the first Thanksgiving, it is an amazing holiday to celebrate family. I love to gather around the table with my family and express all the things I'm thankful for in my life. Plus, it's the time we get to eat any and all the things and be fat for a day.
9. Harvest
The time of year where all the crops are harvested and stored away until the next year. The time you can finally see around the corn stalks that are too high to see oncoming traffic. I hate to see the beauty of the crops go but it makes my heart happy to see another successful year come and go.
10. Apple Cider
Nothing tastes more fall than drinking a cold glass of apple cider. It's like eating an apple with half the work!
