1. Netflix Nights.

"Bob's Burgers" just isn't the same without the Louise to your Tina.

2. Fast Food & Convenience Store Runs.

The amount of candy you bought makes you a little less insecure when you have your sister with you.

3. All her friends are like added little sisters who don't argue with you as much.

Even though your sister gets mad every time you talk to them or follow them on Instagram.

4. She'll be - maybe a little too - honest with you no matter what.

Your morning at home wouldn't be complete without the "You're really going out in that?"

5. You can complain about things your parents do together.

She has to stick through all the awkward family photos your parents put you through too.

6. You never have to worry that you lost something because it's probably just in her room.

Warning: she will get mad when you go and look for it and accuse her of taking it - even if she actually did take it.

7. She'll tell you how cute that guy you brought home actually is.

But she'll probably say they're all not cute just to make you mad.

8. You're confident your kids will have at least one cool aunt who lets them do whatever they want.

She'll give your kids way too much sugar and buy them a Barbie Jeep before she gives them back to you.

9. She'll listen to all your secrets.

Even if it's secretly and through your bedroom wall.

10. You have an entire second closet to choose from

However, she will try and convince you nothing of hers will fit you.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
