While school is out, make sure you get out and make memories that will last a lifetime.

1. Spend time with family.

Spending time with your family is the most important because they are the ones that are always there for you. Through the thick and thin, your family is always there for you.

2. Go to an amusement park.

Amusement parks are always fun to go with friends and family and can be a time you may never forget. Whether its riding your first roller coaster or a just riding in the tea cups your bound to have and unforgettable time.

3. Go camping.

Camping can be very fun for everyone and really can test your skills with the great outdoors. When it comes night time you can sit around the fire and roast s’mores. Camping can be an memory that will last forever and can even be made into a tradition that you do with your friends for the rest of your life.

4. Go bridge jumping.

A lot of people go bridge jumping over the summer and it makes you get and adrenaline rush when you do it. Make sure when you do it the water is deep enough. Sometimes there are even places at parks where you can go gorge jumping with supervised lifeguards. The feeling is indescribable people say and will make you want to do it again.

5. Get in a taxi and yell, “follow that car!”

If you live in a big city like New York, this shouldn’t be a problem for you. Not only is this really funny, but you will end up on a cool adventure in the long run. Make sure you don’t actually follow the person all the way to where they're going because it could end up not so great.

6. Fly a kite.

On a nice windy day, you can go out and fly a kite or even make your own kite. This can be fun and interesting to see how your kite flies. If you need help on how to make your own kite, I’m sure there is a YouTube video that can show you.

7. Go see fireworks.

On the Fourth of July you are pretty much guaranteed to find some next to you. So make sure you go watch them with your friends or maybe even that summer time crush you might have. Fireworks shows can always be a time people will forever remember.

8. Make a Huge Slip n’ Slide.

This will be one you defiantly remember and all you need is a big tarp, water and some soap. Just spread the soap on the tarp and water it down and then enjoy but always remember be careful.

9. Go Fishing.

On a nice summer day, pack the cooler and go fishing. I promise you will have fun and will hopefully catch a fish and who knows? Maybe it will be the biggest fish you ever caught or the first one you caught.

10. Go hiking.

On the next nice summer day, pack the book bag and go hiking with all of your friends. They say that when you do things together like this, you will be bound to make memories.

All of these things will sure make you memories and you are bound to have one epic summer.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
