Step One:

Write all of your papers. Dedicate a few days in the beginning of your week to go to the library and bang out all of those stressful papers you need to write. Even if they aren't due until finals week or your last day of classes, getting them out of the way will take a load off and allow you to focus on other things.

Step Two:

Finals are few weeks away and you think you have plenty of time to study, right? Wrong. If you wait until the last minute to study for your finals you will be cramming night and day and not retain any of the information. Grab a coffee and sit in the Fire Place Lounge in the Hub for a few hours a day. Start studying now a little each day to save yourself the time and stress.

Step Three:

Clean, clean, clean. Start packing away all of your winter clothes and unnecessary items you brought with you that you swore you needed. Start bringing home boxes and bags here and there until you only have what you absolutely need to last these next few weeks. This will give you more time to enjoy your time at school and less time spending days packing your life away.

Step Four:

Go to the Spring Fling concert! How often do you get to attend a concert for only a few bucks or even free? Regardless of who is performing, going to a concert with your friends is always a blast and it's something new to do.

Step Five:

Attend as many activities your school has to offer. If there's live music playing in front of the hub or even students tap dancing outside, grab your friends and go watch. Go to the baseball games and cheer on your team. Getting out and involved in whatever may be going on is so much better than sitting in your stuffy dorm room all day.

Step Six:

Capture your memories. Regardless of where you are or what you're doing, take lots of pictures. Whether you're at the dining hall goofing around with friends or out at a party, these pictures will be what you look back on. Find Pemi the Panther and get a photo, he loves it! Make a scrapbook or a video montage and watch it at the end of the semester with all of your friends and relive all of the crazy times you shared.

Step Seven:

Go to Secret Beach. If you have the day off or get out of classes early, head to the beach immediately. Grab a towel and your beverage of choice and spend the entire day basking in the sun and playing drinking games with your fellow Panthers. Once you're worn out from day drinking, start a bonfire on the beach and go night swimming.

Step Eight:

Hike as much as possible. This school is surrounded by mountains and beautiful hiking trails. Now that the weather is finally nice enough there's no excuse to not put your sneakers on and get outside. There are endless possibilities when it comes to finding a good view here, so go find one!

Step Nine:

Appreciate the food from downtown. If you're not from Plymouth, you know you have limited time to eat as much food from downtown as possible. Go down to Biederman's and get their signature Zamboa sandwich and play darts with your friends. Have a Keith's pizza delivered to your dorm at 2 AM after a long night of partying and then grab a coffee and bagel at Chase Street the next morning.

Step Ten:

Spend time with your friends. You've spent every day with your friends all year but now that time is running out, you're going to want to spend as much time with them as possible. Get breakfast, lunch, and dinner together every day whether it's at Prospect, Union Grille, or downtown. If it's warm out, grab a blanket and sit outside and enjoy each others company. When Thursday night comes around and you're just not feeling up to it, go out with them anyway, you don't have too many Thirsty Thursdays left. Not having the same people surround you every day over the summer will be strange, so enjoy them while you can!

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
