There comes a time in your life where you decide you will become the fittest person alive, even if it's only for a brief minute. Chances are, you have decided to work out in the morning because the early bird gets the worm... or something like that. If that has been you, you've probably been through these ten stages:
1. Being #fitspired
I could do that working out thing... Yeah, I got this.
2. Getting pumped up
"I am going so be so fit"
3. Going to sleep early
Maybe I should go to sleep before 3 AM more often.
4. Setting your alarm for an ungodly hour
Nope. No. NOoOOoOope. Bad idea.
5. Internal conflict
"It's Tuesday, it'll be so much easier if I start on a Monday." "No, YOU CAN DO THIS."
6. The alarm
"Why did I do this to myself?"
7. Debating whether or not to hit the snooze
We both know there was never really a debate.
8. Getting woken up by your second alarm because you know yourself
"Ah, curse my lack of self discipline."
9. Getting to the gym
Let's get down to business... Am I right?
10. Having #NoRegrets
I AM THE CHAMPION.
You got this, and if not, there's always tomorrow.
