Shopping is either something you love or you hate. If you're like me, though, shopping is something you absolutely adore. Whether it's online shopping or actually going to the mall, all kinds of shopping is great for the soul. I've recently come to the conclusion that maybe, just maybe, I have a slight shopping addiction. But who knows, right?
That is not to say that every time I see something I want that I purchase it, I mean, I am just a broke college student after all. If you too think that you may have a shopping addiction here are some of the signs:
1. You are constantly looking online for the latest trends to spruce up your closet
2. You get countless emails from various stores.
3. And you then click on these emails to see what each of the stores have in store for you
4. Ads are constantly popping up in your various news feeds for different sales and each time you HAVE to take a peak
5. And even when you don't get an email or no ads show up, you STILL find yourself searching through various websites
6. You come home at the end of the day to find an abundant number of packages waiting for you at your doorstep
7. You find yourself going to the mall one, two, even three times a week (even if sometimes you return home with nothing)
8. You can't help but window shop every time you pass a store
9. Your friends look over and say, "You're shopping again? What more could you possibly need?", and you reply with, "It's not like I'm always buying everything I see"
10. Finally, when your closet is too full to fit any of the new clothes you just purchased, you realize you may have a problem...
Alright, so maybe I exaggerated just a little bit. But in all honesty, shopping is so fun and retail therapy really is a thing. I may not be shopping this constantly or buying things whenever I see them, but I can say that I do window shop and online window shop quite frequently.
Let's be real, who doesn't love to look at spectacular articles of clothing online and wish they could fill their closet with the fancy clothes they want? Maybe in the future I can finally buy those Christian Louboutin's that I've been eyeing since I was twelve. In the meantime, happy shopping ladies.
