We've all taken one or 30 quizzes or tests throughout our lives that basically judge us as human beings and what we stand for.
Whether or not it's a short and sweet Buzzfeed quiz or an hour long test that proves why our astrological sign embodies us completely, we've all done it. But out of all these quizzes and tests we take, personally, I feel like The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator test is the most accurate one I've taken that truly makes me who I am, which is an insecure, overly analytical and misunderstood individual who loves attention but hates admitting it.
1. It's very easy for an INFJ to cut the cord.
Whether or not you're a sh*t friend or a bad boyfriend/girlfriend, INFJ's are the makers of cord cutting. We don't necessarily want to stop having you in our lives, it's only because you literally gave us no other reason to keep you in.
2. The glass is half empty rather than half full.
It's too easy to look at the glass as half empty because this way, we aren't setting ourselves up for disappointment.
3. Speaking of...
This ties into making up completely imaginary scenarios in our heads that we wish would happen. From things that have happened already and how they could've gone or recreating the scene again in our minds, in hopes that the same situation will arise before us soon.
4. We're our worst critics.
Anything you want to critique us with, we've heard it all before.
5. Nothing is acted upon as impulsive.
There's a lot of thought that goes into any of our actions, big or small.
6. Being alone is one of your favorite pastimes.
I know I'm just as ecstatic to be by myself as I am when I'm with my favorite people.
7. It's way too easy to shut down and shut out.
After 21 years of subconsciously doing it, I'll finally admit that my getting angry/upset at a situation calls for shutting out anybody and anything that tries to pacify me.
8. RBF.
Contrary to popular belief, the INFJ personality type invented the "resting b*tch face".
9. Introvert on the outside but entirely extroverts on the inside.
While it takes awhile for us to open up, especially with new, random faces, once we get a few words in, you'll wish we never started talking. In the words of my boyfriend, I'm a "grower, not a shower".
10. Intuition is a huge quality of ours.
Being able to decipher whether or not a person's "vibe" feels wrong to us or if we just got a bad feeling from someone we just met is a great quality to have around.
Having said all of this, every other personality type has their redeeming qualities but always remember that the INFJ's of the world will never hesitate to give you their all, always. Just sayin'.
