The weather is heating up and the walk to class is actually enjoyable. However, you're experiencing a very hard time actually attending class whenever the sun is shining. Spring is upon us and summer is near, but this is not a time for a college student to give up on classes and rejoice in the approaching summer months. This is a time to start panicking because you've now realized how many deadlines are approaching and how many finals you are going to have to take. You have also begun to accept the realization that you will go three months without seeing your entire pledge class and that actually makes you very sad. If you can't already tell, the end of the semester is approaching.
Here are ten signs that the end is near.
1. You have run out of money: You checked your bank account and you actually didn't have enough to even pay for Taco Bell.
2. You are experiencing a whole new level of tired: You thought you were tired at the beginning of the semester but nothing compares to the tired you are feeling now.
3. You're gaining an insane amount of weight stress eating: Your semester projects are nearing their due date and you put it off until now and the only way to deal with this problem is by eating.
4. You are crying a lot: Anything and everything makes you cry.
5. You have no groceries: You ran out of everything and also ran out of money to buy more.
6. If you happen to wear makeup everyday, you've stopped: Even on the weekends you have a very hard time dressing up and going out.
7. You are wearing the same clothes for multiple days: You have run out of time to do laundry so you spray some perfume and go on your way.
8. Your friends worry you aren't alive anymore: You are too busy to hang out with anyone or even respond to texts. All you know is your homework.
9. The sight of the library makes you cry: You know you're about to spend all of dead week and finals week living there.
10. You are constantly struggling with wanting to enjoy the weather: Knowing that you need to attend the last weeks of classes, you don't have the time to do so.
