We all have a music sweet spot, but some of us take music to a whole other level when it comes to who was the original fan.
1. Friendships are based upon mutual music tastes.
Of course if someone likes country but you would rather jump off a cliff than listen to it, it shouldn't make or break a friendship.
2. You follow your favorite artists on almost every social media there is, so you don't miss out on any concert pre-sale tickets.
3. You secretly hope artists notice your absolute unyielding dedication to their music and eventually become best friend(s).
4. Buying their albums, CD or on iTunes, usually the second the album first debuts because pirating takes too long or their music isn't on YouTube yet and you just can't wait that long.
5. You stalk Ticket Master, Stub Hub, Live Nation, and so many more ticket websites like a religious routine.
6. You get excited when you find cheap concert tickets even if you don't really know that band, you feel like they might be big one day and you can say you saw them for dirt cheap.
7. Because you love cheap concert tickets, you get to know bands only one in every 50 or more people know, which gets you labeled unintentionally as a hipster.
8. It's hard finding people to go to concerts with when you're the only person who knows the band, and you have to convince them that it would be a once in a lifetime opportunity.
9. Getting as close to the stage as possible is your number one goal in case the artist decides to serenade you, body surf (and you can say you held your idol in your arms), or jump into the crowd and start a dance party.
You've got to be ready for all situations.
10. You always save up some extra cash so you can buy a concert T-shirt.
The ones online don't feel as authentic as the ones from the venue.
