1. He makes an effort.
He knows that being in a relationship is a two way street, and he puts effort into it. He texts you to see how your day is going and calls you once every night. He gives you ideas for things to do and loves to spend time with you. He'd rather spend a night in with you than go out. He wants to be with you and he does everything to show you that.
2. You're comfortable with him.
You can tell him anything and know that he won't judge you. He comes over after you've already taken off your makeup and you're completely comfortable with him being there. You can spend hours with him and never get bored. You love being around him, and everything is perfect when you are.
3. He sticks by your side through everything.
You got in a huge fight over something stupid, and it seems like it's over. An hour after the fight, he's at your door willing to talk about everything and work it out, because there's no way he's losing you. He knows good relationships don't come easy, and he's willing to do whatever it takes to make it right again.
