That bond you and your sister have is unexplainable and definitely non-replicable. It is more than genetics and more than growing up together. Your sister is your best friend and that bond will always be there... regardless of how many of your clothes she has taken.

1. Sister Sidekicks

You and your sister are like Batman and Robin, except both of you are superwomen. The superhero powers came in full swing at an early age, charming adults with your super sister powers. Who gets the bat mobile?

2. Sisterly Love

Whether it is family problems or you just had a bad hair day, your sister is always there to give you a hug... and then tell you how bad you look.

3. Beyonce Powers

You take on life with each other and the force of ‘Yonce. Sisters slay life with every one of her women empowering dance moves and songs. I mean, y'all get down to "Grown Woman," "Single Ladies," and "Independent Woman."

4. Go best friend! That's my best friend!

Your sister will always be the first one to support you and cheer for you.

5. She laughs with you...or at you.

You can always count on your sister to give you a good laugh. But, you never know if that is because she cracked a good joke or she watched you trip and fall on your face.

6. "I just write schemes"- Ed Sheeran

But nonetheless, she will always be your go to "schemer." Sisters always have each other's backs, and we go to full extents to make sure no one messes with your other half.

7. Really... really weird

Tina Fey and Amy Poehler's movie Sisters actually stole you and your sister's weirdness. Their weird secret dances and hilarious interactions spoke so much truth to the "sister" life.

8. Sister Telepathy

Sister ESP is unlike any other… you can actually come up with songs, dances, handshakes, lies, or random sounds together without any prior communication.

9. Dance Party

Life is always a dance party. You can always count on your sister to break a move or sing a tune with you. You are never alone!

10. Cheetah Girls

And the best part about having a sister- the bond. Sisters by The Cheetah Girls speaks total truth to this AND is always a jam. I mean…You make each other stronger and that ain't ever gonna change!

Having a sister is nice. Having a best friend is cool, too. But nothing is like having a person that is both. Sisters will always be there for each other. I don't think you can name a better duo.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
