For some people, it is really hard to let go of someone who is very special to you. You shed too many tears for only one guy. You contemplate suicide or self harming. You feel so much pain and you feel like you are slowly dying. That's when you know you have to let them go.
1. Because it hurts less.
When you have someone who is a negative impact on your life and you keep saying you are hurting please; just let them go. I honestly can say it will hurt less!
2. Because it feels enlightening.
When you are over something this big it feels so damn wonderful! You have gotten a huge negative weight off your shoulder!
3. Because it gives you hope to find someone better.
If you are hung up on a certain guy; then you will never get to find someone else.
4. Because you get freedom.
You won't feel crappy anymore. You will feel happy and you feel like you have a weight off of you.
5. Because you leave the negativity behind.
Leaving the negativity behind is hard, because you learn from negativity, but you have to realize negativity is an awful feeling to be around.
6. Because it shows your strengths.
Showing your strengths; is a big part about letting go! When you show strengths you show that you are better.
7. Because you need to.

You need to let go! You can't just live in the past! Living in the past might be nice, because of the memories you have had, but it's not always good
8. Because it causes less stress.
You don't need stress in your life. Stress in your life is a terrible thing!
9. Because you don't want to get hurt.
Getting hurt is awful! No one wants to get hurt! Especially if you are in love!
10. Because it's healthy.
It is a healthy feeling! When you let go a weight has been lifted off of your shoulder!
Listen, I know letting go is easier said than done, but it's the best thing to do! Everyone hurts, everyone cries, but letting go is an amazing thing! Trust me.
