We all have that one friend that can't stop talking about themselves long enough to listen to you. With dogs, that is never a problem. They listen to your problems without any judgment, remarks, and especially without adding any unsolicited advice. Do friends get better than that? They just lay there, let you pet them and give you kisses, and after a long day, that's all you really seem to need.
2. Best cuddlers
I love spooning my best friends as much as the next girl, but it truly doesn't compare to a good cuddle session with my puppy. The warm feeling of your dog lying next to you is one of the best feelings in the whole world.

When you're feeling down, nothing brightens your day more than seeing your buddy. Your dog can stop you mid-cry with a kiss and a cuddle. Nothing mends a broken heart like a dog that loves you more than life itself.
