We've all called our moms for the most ridiculous reasons throughout our time at school. Most of the time its because we know she will know exactly what to say or how to fix our problems. So thanks mom.
When we don’t know how to adult:
Sometimes you need to know how to wash a certain shirt, how much detergent is too much detergent, or how to cook your Kraft mac and cheese. You could Google it, but why not call your mom instead?
Because need money to buy something:
Even though you shouldn’t only call your parents for money, sometimes you NEED to buy that shirt you’ve had your eye on for a while.
Because we are overwhelmed:
When you’re feeling discouraged after a bad day, your mom is the person that knows exactly what to say.
When you got a good grade:
Because she’ll be just as happy as you.
Because you got a bad grade:
You know she will support you no matter what.
When you stain your favorite pair of jeans:
When dabbing it with water doesn’t work, she always knows exactly how to save your favorite clothes.
Because you’re sick:
She knows exactly how to make you feel better, even if she’s not there to bring you soup, take you to the doctor or pick up medicine for you.
When you want to go home:
Even just hearing her voice can make you a little less homesick.
Because you’re bored:
You should be studying, but obviously catching up with your mom is equally as important.
To complain about a professor:
Because they grade SO harshly and their class is boring.
When you’re stressed:
She knows exactly what to say and will remind you that as long as you’re trying your best, that is all that matters.
Because you miss her:
The most obvious and self-explanatory reason.
