It's always so great when people tell me about their friends and how they are so awesome... Well, awkward because mine are way better. Now, don't get me wrong, everyone's friend group is great in their own ways, but I'm convinced mine is the GOAT as far as friend groups go.

1. They are way funnier than your friends.

Like seriously. No one can make me fall on the ground with tears streaming down my face from laughing so hard like these people.

2. They are way better drinkers too.

They'll never turn down a glass of wine, and they are always waiting with a drink when they know you've had a bad day.

3. They will go social media stalk when you need them too.

"Can you request her on Instagram? She's private and I don't want her to know I'm creeping her."

4. They are firm believers in the perfect Insta.

Thank you for getting me and looking through my 15 potential options.

5. We have no drama.

Sure, we have our arguments but we can't stay mad at each other. We can't go 5 hours without speaking to each other.

6. The group chat is constantly lit.

And this means coming out of class with 157 messages as well.

7. Going out together is an absolute adventure.

Each night is filled with dancing, mistakes, crying, hilarious moments, really long Snapchat stories and all of us yelling about how much we love each other. We definitely have way more fun than your friends.

8. And after these nights, they are always ready for bagels and coffee.

"Hi can I have a bacon egg and cheese, and extra large iced coffee, and my dignity?"

9. We don't let men get in between us.

Oh you don't like my friends? Have a nice life.

10. I know I'll have them forever.

I'm never going to be able to get rid of these people. Thank God because I can't imagine life without them.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
