Before I'd taken it upon myself to really sit down and watch the whole series of "Gilmore Girls," I had only seen a few episodes here and there. Now that I've successfully binge watched the first four seasons, I can't help but say that I'm in love with all of it. Without further or do, here are ten reasons why I fell in love with the show.

1. Lorelai Gilmore

Lorelai has to be my all time inspiration for my sense of humor and being a mother and shes almost as addicted to coffee as I am. Not to mention she has the best low key flirtatious relationship with Luke Dans (the owner of the coffee shop in Stars Hollow). Her and Rory's relationship is so wonderful to watch and it really makes me hopeful for my future relationship with my kids.

2. They have the best quotable moments

This is one of those things where I really want you to see for yourself, but I'll spare you and just provide the evidence. Warning: their sense of humor may or may not be different from what your used to but I love it.

This one is pure gold just because it came out of Emily Gilmore's mouth. Heres a little bit of Mrs. Kim for you too.

3. Jess Mariano

I know he's the troubled bad boy, but despite all of that he's smart and witty. I also loved that he wrote in the margins of Rory's book and they had their love for books in common. He was also my favorite of Rory's boyfriends even though I'm slightly biased because I'm in love with Milo Ventimiglia.

4. Rory's Graduation Speech

Tears upon tears were shed watching the graduation episode. Everything she said about her mom and grandparents hit me right in the feelings and I was a complete mess. It also didn't hurt to see Luke showing a little emotion.

5. Sookie St. James

She's the best chef. I just want to eat all her food, and shes just as quirky as I feel. Her friendship with Lorelai is everything I could wish to have with my bestfriend. Jackson and her's marriage was another one of those moments that left me bawling.

6. Lorelai's relationship with her mother Emily

In the beginning I didn't think they would ever fix their broken relationship, but I'm starting to find a little bit of hope that they'll resolve all of their problems. Strangely reminds me of my relationship with my Dad.

7. Kirk

So weird, so annoying, but so undeniably loveable. Hes one of those characters that you see every episode and he's always doing something crazy.

8. Luke Danes

I've been rooting for him and Lorelai to get together since the first season. Hes all rough on the outside, but the way he cares really helps to see that hes just a huge marshmallow on the inside. Only problem is Lorelai and him won't acknowledge that they have feelings for each other, but I know they'll come around eventually.

9. "Oy with the poodles already."

They only said this in one episode so far but I felt that the quirky catch phrase deserved its own number on my list. I mean how original can you get?

10. Jess and Rory

I know I already mentioned Jess, but I love him and Rory together so I saved them for last. I know that a lot of people didn't like them together just because Jess was the bad boy and Dean was Rory's first boyfriend and she lied and broke his heart by falling for Jess, but those are minor details!

It would be oh so dull. *whispers "I love you" to my computer screen*

So, I know I said ten reasons but heres a little bonus, two characters I hate to love.

Bonus: Michelle and Paris

The annoying concierge at the Independence Inn and the short tempered girl who tried to make Rory's life at Chilton a living hell. Eventually they won me over.

Now that you know my reasons, hopefully I've inspired you to find your own reasons or maybe I brought back all the memories of the things you yourself loved about the show. I know that despite my busy schedule I'll still be binge watching until "Gilmore Girls: A Day In The Life."

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
