1. Rico

This is Rico, he is a 22-year-old who works as a Chipotle manager. He enjoys R&B, spending time with his old college roommates, and his guilty pleasure is watching Gilmore Girls. Rico does yoga before going on a date, he finds it helpful.

2. Shannon

This is Shannon, she is a 19-year-old college student. She enjoys her sorority, school football games, and playing tennis. Shannon does yoga every morning when she wakes up.

3. Jackson

This is Jackson, he is a 32-year-old stay-at-home dad. He enjoys grilling and bike riding. Jackson does yoga daily with the other dads in his day care group.

4. Sophia

This is Sophia, she is a six-year-old who takes pride in her position as her first-grade classes line leader. In her free time, Sophia likes to color and watch Disney Channel. Sophia does yoga with her older sister sometimes.

5. Rover


This is Rover, he is a 23-year-old who works in retail. In his free time, Rover likes to visit his local grocery market and sample all the different cheeses. He does yoga with his girlfriend on Tuesday nights.

6. Buddy

This is Buddy, he is a 30-year-old physical therapist. In his free time, he enjoys long walks on the beach. Buddy does yoga with his colleagues during their lunch break, usually three times a week.

7. Frank

This is Frank, he is a 65-year-old retired florist. In his free time, he enjoys working in his garden. Frank lives with his wife, Flora, and his greatest pride is his three children: Rosie, Daisy, and Chrysanthemum. Frank does yoga 4 times a day.

8. Jason

This is Jason, he is a 25-year-old magician. Jason enjoys playing cards, visiting Atlantic City, and getting new tattoos. Jason only does yoga when his mother, Margot, comes to visit.

9. Margot

This is Margot, she is a 54-year-old algebra teacher and life coach. In her free time, she enjoys knitting, sampling new flavors of tea, and pressuring her son, Jason, to find a nice lady to marry. Margot practices yoga daily and encourages her son to do the same.

10. Snowball

This is Snowball, she is a 21-year-old who just opened her very own yoga studio. In her free time, she enjoys visiting the beach and going out on her boat. Snowball is rarely not doing yoga. She believes it is a way of life.
