As the days get shorter, so does my attention span and my motivation to finish my work.
Fall Break is over, Halloween just passed and I can practically taste my moms stuffing. The end of the semester is so close, but we have a lot of work left before we can mentally check out. With another seven weeks of classes left, it's hard to keep myself going.
All I want to do is curl up in a blanket with some hot chocolate and binge watch the second season of "Stranger Things" and be an unproductive member of society. Unfortunately, college is hard and there is a mountain of work waiting to be completed. You've worked hard all semester, don't let your GPA tank now. Here are some inspirational quotes to keep you going!
1. "You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose." - Dr. Seuss
2. "It is impossible to live without failing at something, unless you live so cautiously, that you might as well not have lived at all - in which case you fail by default." - J.K. Rowling
3. "Always find time to do the things that make you feel happy to be alive." - Unknown
4. "Believe you can and you're halfway there." - Theodore Roosevelt
5. "Keep calm and make coffee." - Anonymous
6. "I'm not telling you it's going to be easy - I'm telling you it's going to be worth it." - Art Williams
7. "Everyday is a new beginning, take a deep breath and start again." - Unknown
8. "I'm telling you, hitting bottom is a good thing. Because there's no where to go but up." - 'Bridesmaids' (2011)
9. "The shoe that fits one person pinches another; there is no recipe for living that suits all cases." - Carl Jung
10. "You will never have this day again so make it count." - Unknown
Good luck with the last few weeks of classes. Y'all got this, just take everything a day at a time.
