10 Quotes For When You Need Help Remembering Your Self-Worth
Ed Troxell Creative

1. "You don't find your worth in someone else. You find your worth within yourself and then find someone who's worthy of you. Remember that."

2. "You don't have the time to prove to someone that you are worth it. You're worth so much more than that."

3. "Settling for crumbs doesn't keep you fed, it keeps you starving."

4. "Sometimes you have to forget what you feel and remember what you deserve."

5. "Never beg someone for the things you know you deserve. The right person will give you everything you deserve and everything you never knew about."

6. "Don't chase. Know your worth and know that you deserve to at least be met halfway. If they won't match your effort, they don't want to be in your life."

7. "There's only so many times you can chase someone in the same circle before running into yourself and realizing you're worth so much more."

8. "Your value doesn't decrease based on someone's inability to see your worth."

9. "The moment you feel like you have to prove your worth to someone is the moment to absolutely and utterly walk away."

10. "Know your worth. When someone treats you like your just one of many options, help them narrow their choice by removing yourself from the equation. Sometimes you have to try not to care, no matter how much you do. Because sometimes you can mean almost nothing to someone who means so much to you. It's not pride, it's respect. Don't expect to see positive changes in your life if you surround yourself with negative people. Don't give part-time people a full-time position in your life. Know your value and what you have to offer, and never settle for anything less than what you deserve."

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

eye roll

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

Yify

Another day, another Elle Woods comment. Can’t us blondes get through the day without someone harping at us over the typical stereotypes about who we are? I never understood why a person was judged based upon the hair color they were born with, or the hair color they choose to have (unless you dye your hair blue like Kylie Jenner, I’m still trying to understand why that’s a trend). Nevertheless, as it should be assumed, not everyone is the same. Not all blondes like bright colors and Lilly Pulitzer, and not all blondes claim to identify with Marilyn Monroe. I think the best suggestion to give to people before they make such radical claims is to stop judging a book by its cover. Or in this case, stop judging a blonde by her hair color.
