10 Questions I Need Answered, ASAP

Just... why? I need some answers here.

Does one ever stop to ask the hard questions? I mean, yes, I should make the obligatory snide remark about the late 2010s social climate, but that's not what I'm talking about today. Well, mostly. What about those everyday questions with no or stupid answers?

1. Why can't women have pockets?

No, don't tell me "it's unfashionable" and "purses exist." Well, maybe we don't want to carry around a bulky bag all the time, and just feel better having our phone and/or wallet close to us. In our POCKETS.

2. What's the big deal about Organic food?

I get it, it's good for you, but another question, when has that become the only acceptable food, for children especially? I'm pretty sure a lot of what I ate as a kid wasn't organic or free range and I'm still alive and kicking.

3. Why is Disney remaking its old movies?

Like, are they out of ideas or something? Nothing can compare to the original!

4. Why is it OK to hate cats but taboo to feel the same way about dogs?

It's a simple opinion, please calm yourselves. There's no need to call us monsters or spawns of Satan.

5. When is Spring?

The date is supposed to be March 21st, but it sure doesn't feel like it. It doesn't have to be in the 70s, 55 will do, just get warmer!

6. Why are certain people not allowed to have opinions?

Cliche question coming from a privileged moderate, a "double threat," I know. They're just opinions, it's not like their word is law.

7. Why must you have to have a group to do certain things?

Some things are understandable like shopping could be more fun in a group. But what about things like eating? Eating alone is fine. You can eat what you want without judgment and feel no obligation to talk to someone, so you can enjoy uninterrupted.

8. Why must fictional characters be so beguiling?

Why must they raise my already high standards and come up in almost everything I get into, and not exist?! (Recently, I managed to make it through three seasons of "Supernatural" without a hitch, then freaking CASTIEL had to show up and be cute and stuff... UGGGGHHH)

9. Why did Maya have those pictures of Edgeworth with her in the second volume of the "Ace Attorney" manga?

Uh... Is there something she's not telling us? Is the the one who actually has feelings for him? Are the two biggest ships in the fandom about to sink? Or was she anticipating that Oldbag would be there? I NEED ANSWERS!

10. Does anyone know what logic or common sense are anymore?

I don't think I need to clarify this one. Look at what's going on the world today.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
