The struggles of people who just don't know how to decide.

10 Problems Indecisive People Have

1. Picking a major/career path.
Talk about panic-inducing decisions right here. Choosing a college major and, ultimately, what you want to do for the rest of your life is nothing short of impossible for any person, let alone someone who has enough trouble picking out an outfit in the morning! Which leads us to ...

2. Deciding what to wear.
If you're anything like I am, there's a mountain of discarded clothing options on your bed or floor by the time you actually choose an outfit. Sometimes you set aside hours to get ready because you know that's how long it will take you to find the perfect shirt-pants-shoes combo. And don't even get me started on figuring out how to do your hair!

3. Choosing where to eat.
"I don't know, you decide ... No, you decide." Indecisive people are the worst people to go on dates with (probably why I'm still single), because we can never settle on where to get dinner! Are we in the mood for Italian? Mexican? Maybe Chinese? THERE ARE SO MANY OPTIONS! If you know your friend always has trouble settling on a restaurant, do all of us a favor and choose for them.

4. Choosing what to eat.
Once a location has finally been agreed upon, perusing menu becomes a whole new problem in and of itself. The lists of food items is dizzying, at best, and downright terrifying at its worst. How many courses? What type of salad? SHOULD WE GET DESSERT? On second thought, don't even bother going out to eat. Our lives are made easier when all we have to choose between are the lonely box of mac & cheese and package of ramen at home.

5. The overwhelming array of choices in any store.
Grocery stores. Hardware stores. Clothing stores! Shopping, as fun as it is, can be torture for the indecisive individual. So many aisles. So many shelves. Will the madness never end!?

6. Picking a new book to read.
Maybe this one is just me, but starting a new book is a real commitment! Breaking open the spine and devoting yourself to 200 pages can be a daunting task. If you feel the same, you know what it's like to agonize over the shelves of Barnes & Noble for hours, studying covers and checking reviews to see if a book will be worth your purchase and time.

7. To Instagram or not to Instagram?
This struggle is by far one of the hardest struggles. There's a lot of pressure when it comes to social media! (See also: "Is this clever enough to tweet?" and, "Should I make this picture my Facebook profile?") Indecisive people will spend hours trying to pick the right filter and caption. And then we'll anxiously check our likes every five minutes to see if we made the right decision.

8. Choosing to make a new friend.
This is a big one. It's hard to determine whether or not someone is worth the effort and friendship. Any indecisive person who meets someone new will return home and stare at the ceiling hemming and hawing over the pros and cons of entering a friendship with this person. And as for romantic relationships? Don't even ask.

9. Deciding to get up and shower.
Do I have to shower? Did I shower yesterday? How much did I sweat today? Am I even that dirty? These are just some of the many questions I ask myself before finally dragging my butt out of bed to get into the shower. This also applies to a variety of other time-consuming tasks such as washing dishes, doing laundry, et cetera.

10. Not being able to decide what to put on the indecisive problems list.
THE ULTIMATE PARADOX! I had a whole selection of problems to choose from and couldn't decide which ones to put on this list. And that's how you know you are the ultimate indecisive person.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
