Big Bang Theory

Most of the time when people think of introverts, they think of hermits who have no friends. They think of that person at the party who's standing against the wall because they would rather not be there. However, while there may be a little truth to the party thing, introverts know how to have fun in an entirely different way.

1. You always have a wonderful selection of comfy relaxation clothes handy.

As an introvert you probably spend a lot of time inside. So you need all the necessary gear: Sweatpants, over-sized shirts, and in case of emergency a couple onesies.

2. When your friends cancel plans it's actually a relief.

Oh you have to take a rain check? That sucks I was totally looking forward to spending all night at that wild party....not!

3. You always know what the best shows on Netflix are.

While most people spend hours looking for the perfect show to watch on Netflix. You already have a queue of amazing shows begging to be marathoned at a moment's notice.

4. You understand the importance of the little things.

Who needs to go out every weekend and party all night? You know just how fun it is to have a small dance party in your living room with a couple of your close friends!

5. You need snacks? I've only bought a grocery store's worth.

When you stay inside a lot snack foods quickly become a necessity. Pizza rolls, ice cream, grapes, chips, you name it and it's probably in the fridge.

6. You are the most considerate neighbor without even trying.

Your last neighbor always through parties and blasted music all night? Don't worry, the most you'll have to endure is me screaming at the scary movies I'll be watching at two in the morning.

7. When you do go out, it's an occasion.

No one knows how to make the most of a night out like an introvert! We don't get out often so when we do, we make sure to take full advantage of every opportunity. No one is ever ready for your sick dance moves!

8. You're the first person your friends call when they need a movie night.

When your extrovert friends eventually grow tired of going out all the time, you'll be the first person on their call list to have a fun night of Netflix and video games. I mean, who else is going to want to marathon all 18 seasons of "Friends" with you?

9. No one appreciates getting home from a long day of socializing like you do.

Unlike extroverts, introverts get energy by spending time alone. So nothing is better than getting home and spending some quality alone time regaining your energy. What could be better than hanging out by yourself?

10. You value your friendships more than anyone else.

Sure introverts love spending time alone. But all of that alone time only makes hanging out with your friends feel even more special. Nothing beats a good group hug after a long period of shutting yourself off from the world to watch "Orange Is The New Black" season four all in one sitting.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
