21 Pilots is a band that was formed in 2009, and now consists of Tyler Joseph and Josh Dunn. The genre of their music is debatable, as it has been called rock, alternative hip hop, and some have even dubbed it "electro ukulele slam poetry". The band has grown in popularity since they were formed, especially after their latest album, "Blurryface," which was released in 2015. Their lyrics are unique and very relatable for everyone, especially those who face struggles in their daily lives. Tyler, the lead singer and songwriter, uses unique poetry and metaphors to relate to listeners. Please enjoy ten of the best lyrics by Twenty One Pilots.

1. "We should take a moment and hold it and know that life has a hopeful undertone."

Many of the fans of TØP listen to the music in order to add joy and hope to their lives. These lyrics are from the song "Migraine" and they are reminding listeners to hold onto hope and remember that no matter how hard things get, life will get better.

2. "Because a kitchen sink to you/ Is not a kitchen sink to me."

These lyrics show how everyone's struggles are different and one person's problems could be completely different from those of another person. The "kitchen sink" is a metaphor for life's difficulties.

3. "Let's take this a second at a time/ Let's take this one song, this one rhyme/ Together, let's breathe"

This is from the song "Guns for Hands," which was written for those who struggle with depression and self harm. This song speaks to those who have "guns for hands," and encourages them to overcome their hardships. These lyrics are reminding listeners who struggle to take life one moment at a time so that life they don't get overwhelmed.

4. "No one else is dealing with your demons, meaning/ Maybe defeating them could be the beginning of your meaning, friend."

Tyler tells listeners that if they can defeat their demons they will eventually be able to find their purpose in life.

5. "I ponder of something great/ My lungs will fill and then deflate/ They fill with fire"

This is from the song "Car Radio," and discusses the power of dreams. Tyler looks forward to the future and all of the beautiful things that it could bring.

6. "I'm fairly local, I've been around/ I've seen these streets, you're walking down."

This is from the song "Fairly Local," which is a song that reminds fans that they are never alone. In these lyrics, Tyler reminds listeners that he has been where they are before and he understands what it is like to be in their place.

7. "Am I the only one I know/ Waging my wars behind my face and above my throat?/ Shadows will scream that I'm alone,/ But I know we've made it this far, kid"

Tyler begins this line by asking if he is the only one who struggles in his mind and feels alone, but then he reminds listeners that they have made it this far and therefore they will be okay.

8. "The sun will rise and we will try again."

This line, from "Truce," reassures listeners that each day is a new day and an opportunity to try again.

9. "Remember the morning is when the night is dead."

This line, just like the one above, reminds those who listen to the song that good things will come once the hard times pass.

10. "I'll stay awake/ Cause the dark's not taking prisoners tonight."

This is from "Ode to Sleep," and it shows that although the dark parts of our lives may be difficult, we are stronger and therefore we will overcome them.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
