As children, we were all envious of the tee-shirt transformation in "Aquamarine" (tee shirt=cute sundress). So if you find yourself struggling to come up with the perfect Halloween costume this year, or just do not have the time or motivation to put something together, here are 15 ways you can effortlessly dress up a tee shirt. These ideas are so cute people will think you've been putting your costume together for months, not minutes.
