1. Pokémon Go at the Downtown Dalton Farmers Market
Stop by the Dalton Green (at Thornton Ave. & Waugh St.) for the Downtown Dalton Saturday Market on August 6, 2016 for a special Pokémon Go themed market day!
Keep Dalton-Whitfield Beautiful volunteers will have a booth with litter prevention tips for Pokémon trainers, free litter bags for your car, and even trash bags so you can help clean up our parks when you're out hunting for more Pokémons. Help us #LiveLitterFree and leave our community clean for humans and Pokémon alike.
This booth will also have a craft station where the first 30 visitors will have the opportunity to make or decorate a flower pot to take home. Garden soil, seeds, and water will be provided for free!
The market will be having a fun day - with extra lures that morning and easy access to all the Pokéstops in downtown, it'll be a great event for the whole family! Grab some fresh produce and locally made goodies while you're there.
