10 Cute & Easy Halloween Costumes For Girls

Halloween is approaching fast, and that means it's time to start thinking of ideas for a costume!!! I have so many ideas for what to be, especially because I love thinking of clever, funny, and creative costumes! Whether you like to keep it PG or rated R, there's no shame here! If you love Halloween as much as I do, definitely take a look at these costume ideas!

1. Masked Killer from The Purge

Yesyesyes. I'm 90% I'm going as this for Halloween. It's so easy to grab a really bizarre mask, spray some fake blood on ripped clothes, and choose your 'weapon'.

2. Joyce Byers

Some 80's style clothing, some battery powered rainbow lights, and a lot of powerful vocal cords to scream, "WILL??????" is all you need to complete this one.

3. Sam

Giphy

Okay first off, if you haven't seen this movie GO RIGHT NOW AND WATCH THAT. I loved this movie, and really you could be any character. They're all equally as scary. However, my favorite was Sam. Sam is the little lurker that follows behind every death in the movie.

4. Disney princess

Where are all of my Disney lovers? Maybe you want to be the kid-approved version of your favorite gal, but maybe not. You do you, boo boo.

5. An emotion from Inside Out

Giphy

Pick your favorite (or most relatable) emotion and do it up!

6. The seasons.

These costumes always look so cute in the end. You could wear dresses, shorts, or pants and either way it turns out amazing.

7. Cher

Giphy

Okay can I just say that I went to the party in WDW and someone was dressed like this?? Like....Heels and all. I still pray for that girl. If you're gonna do this costume when walking around, definitely sub out the heels.

8. Kim Possible

Giphy

My favorite childhood show!!! Bonus points if you have a Ron Stoppable!!!

9. Boo

Giphy

I did this for a Halloween party at work one year, it was adorable! You could either do her as the monster costume or her in her normal outfit.

10. Sandy

Giphy

I've always wanted to be her for Halloween. From the leather pants to red heels, she's the perfect person to play dress-up as!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
