You can get new clothes and wear really cool leggings and tanks that make you feel amazing.
2. You have a workout buddy

Baby got back –– you have never been more proud in wearing those leggings or jeans. Your butt is your weapon, and you are not afraid to show it off.
4. You enjoy that sore feeling and wear it with pride
That feeling in the morning you get after a hard workout, and you are not even sad about it. It feels good.
5. You discover your strengths and weaknesses.
You are able to see in areas that you thought you were bad at but actually really good in. Likewise you can concentrate on your weakness (abs –– cough, cough).
6. Instant improvement.
You get to see improvement from just going to gym the first couple of times. That leg day routine that you thought was hard is now a breeze.
7. You do not feel that guilty when you get Taco Bell at 2 a.m.

Don’t get me wrong just because you workout does not mean that you can't get the late night munchies. You just won’t feel that guilty after you eat six tacos.
8. You get to do super fun classes
You get to do classes that you thought you were never going to do. Bootcamp, spin, yoga, pilates, ab lab never sounded more fun.
9. You get to take your friends to those super fun classes
You get to take your friends to those classes that you just heard of and hope that they will enjoy it just as much as you do.
10. You are proud of how you feel
When you workout you feel like a stronger individual. Yeah, you can totally take out that Suma Wrestler after a couple of classes of boot camp because you are unstoppable.
