For anyone thinking they'll never find their soulmate, their person, or get married (like I thought) let me just tell you something..
Micah and I talked about "how is it that we never met sooner?" Because growing up, we both frequented the same park in my hometown. Growing up, I had a woman clean our house for 14 years of my life who happens to be Micah's 2nd cousin's sister in law. When I was a senior in high school, my best friend worked with him. When I was in my 3rd year at IUPUI, I used to drive from Brownsburg into Indy over Eagle Creek where Micah always fished. (Central Indiana people will know all about these areas).
We have always been 1 person in distance away, or even the possibility of a few yards or less our entire lives but here's the thing: we met when it was the right time for us to meet. We met when the timing was meant for us to fall in love and start our lives together. I am so happy that it took 23 years to find him (thanks to us each having friends fall in love and getting married themselves). Now we know what it's like to be loved so deeply, because we both spent our time before one another to learn some hard life lessons and the gratitude I feel everyday is indescribable.
I truly, wholeheartedly believe that everything always works out for the greatest good and always ends up in our favor.
