The last year has been filled with what seems to be never-ending excitement for Harry Potter fans all over the world. With the release of Cursed Child and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, the dreams of many of us have been realized. As the franchise so many of us love so dearly has a resurgence, I figured it was time to talk about some of the things that Harry Potter fans know to be true.

1. You know which Hogwarts House you belong in.

2. And once you've found out what your house is, your house colors become a consideration of a lot your decisions.

3. You find comfort in Hogwarts. It's your constant.

4. If you've seen AVPM, you love to quote it more than you should.

5. You probably also know your Ilvermorny House.

6. You've discovered what your patronus is.

7. You've dreamed of playing quidditch.

8. You know that Neville is the absolute best.

9. Naturally you have your favorite characters.

10. And finally, we all have that OTP.
