You Gotta Go To Taughannock Falls
NY Up

If you read my article last week "What I've Learned In A Year Of Being Single" , you will recall that I talked about taking sometime to myself in nature. Well now you can see my day out in one of the most iconic places Ithaca, NY has to offer. "Ithaca is Gorges" as all the bumper stickers and tshirts say. Taughannock Falls though is probably one of the more iconic ones you will see. With all different trails to hike for all levels, the park is certainly known for its massive waterfall. You can take the lower trail straight to it, you will follow along a beautiful river the whole way. Finally you will get to the beautiful waterfall after crossing a very stable bridge. You can get pretty close and feel the mist run over you. You can also take a ride up the mountain and get a scenic overlook from the cliff of the waterfall as well. An absolutely beautiful place you definitely should make time to visit. Don't believe me? Well just press play.
