People are seriously stupid

When I ask "for here or to go?", you do NOT say "yes"

Do NOT wait to tell me you don't want an item after i already put it on your bowl

You are the WORST kind of person if you tell me "I don't want sour cream!! I'm sorry" after i plopped some on there.

People that order multiple things come from hell

Do not stand in front of me with your phone out ordering for 5 people. IT MAKES SHIT COMPLICATED

People that come in last minute deserve nothing

We close at 10pm. DO NOT COME IN AT 9:57PM AND ORDER FOOD.

People that get 20 things on their burrito clearly have no common sense

I'm sorry but if you get Rice, beans, DOUBLE chicken, queso, and ALL THE FUCKING SAUCES... you cannot get butthurt when we cold roll it. You make it physically impossible.

People cant handle the truth, or when we are out of a certain food for that matter

If I say we're out of carnitas, we are out of fucking carnitas. Don't give me a pissy look because you came too late and missed out. We get busy, we only have a limited supply of everything.

People cant handle high priced meal

If you get double meat, queso, AND guac... expect an expensive bowl. This shit ain't cheap and if you put that shit on your food, knowing all to well that it will be extra... don't act shocked

How to roll the perfect burrito

It took practice, but working here taught me to roll the perfect burrito. Now i can show off my skills whenever i make them

People that want PLAIN rice can die

We make cilantro lime rice. Thats what it is. If you come in and ask for rice with NO CILANTRO, you're pissing everyone off and holding up the line.

Working in food industry can be a bitch

People easily piss you off because they can be so needy, so stupid, and so..well, stupid.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
