8. Try a hobby that you've dreamt of trying.

9. Try to decipher what makes you happy and what doesn't.

10. Reevaluate your current situation.

11. Learn not to judge others.

12. Learn not to judge yourself either.

13. Grow the faith you have in whatever religion you practice.

14. Take a few breaks from social media.

15. Practice doing good deeds.

16. Volunteer some work hours at animal shelters, soup kitchens, etc.

17. Take better care of your physical health.

18. Be more open to other people's ideas.

19. Learn to be the bigger person.

20. Love the body you have.

21. Spend more time with the things you're passionate about.

22. Eat and drink healthier.

23. Express your appreciation more often.

24. Begin planning out the steps towards one of your life's goals.

25. Learn to let your worries fade.

26. Refuse to let yourself fall into old habits.

27. Don't allow people to drag you down.

28. Learn to stand up for yourself.

29. Search for happiness in all places you travel.

30. Embrace your life's path, even if the road gets bumpy.
