First of all... what in the literal holy graces of everything that is good was shared on national television Monday and Tuesday night as the "Season Finale" of 'The Bachelor?'

Honestly, I'm not a big fan of the show, I only ever watch the highlights and the final episodes of the show because who doesn't love happy endings right? Well, a happy ending I did not get. Let us discuss the first part of the finale of 'The Bachelor,' shall we? I have strong feelings. VERY STRONG FEELINGS.

Fair warning, prepare to be SHOOK!!!!

The scene begins in the oh-so-beautiful country of Peru. This is the moment for everyone to see who gets the final rose. The final two bachelorettes meet the parents, which went well, I think. Except for the fact that Arie's family kept talking about Lauren on Rebeca Kufrin date's to meet the family. They clearly preferred Lauren by the way- until the dad changed everyone's mind. The one-on-one dates go well but Arie is still uncertain of who he should choose to be his wife.

With said uncertainty, one usually take a step back and tries to figure out how you feel and not toy with people's feelings right? That's not at all what Arie did. When it all came down to the final rose, he gave it to Rebecca Kufrin and proposed to her. But, even when he sent home Lauren, he told her he loved her and kept holding her hand. WTF dude? That is a total dick move.

Problem is... he DIDN'T know who he wanted to marry until the morning of the proposal.

That's a NO NO...

Regardless, I was very happy for Becca and to see her also happy was just refreshing. But... there was still an hour to go in the finale! I am sure the rest of America was wondering WTF was happening at the moment.

It turns out that months of being engaged to Rebecca still had that man indecisive. He still had "feelings" for Lauren.

Then came the unedited segment of the show. Becca went to meet Arie in LA in a happy space and was gushing about the rock on her finger without knowing that she was about to be embarrassed and have her heart dragged on LIVE television.

He broke up with her, AFTER proposing to her on television. TRIGGERED.

Honestly, this has to be the most cringe-worthy moment on TV. Arie claims Becca knew he was struggling and she felt like they were a solid team. He even reached out to Lauren. WTF? The 'unedited' break up lasted for 40 long minutes. She was the most composed human being going through a break-up.

He chose her because she was the safe choice! The safe choice? I honestly don't understand why Los Angeles is not in ashes right now. I would've ripped him a new one. All hell would've broken loose. I'm mad and embarrassed for Rebecca. I AM FUMING.

He had no remorse whatsoever. NONE. NADA. AUCUN. And it bothered me, personally, that he 👏🏾would 👏🏾 not 👏🏾 leave 👏🏾. He was just always in her space. She repeatedly asked him to leave and he just stood or sat there with no guilt, whatsoever. And he kept touching her.

And screw ABC for filming the breakup. Who raised the producers and people behind the cameras? This is downright cruelty. I cannot write all the things I think about this guy because it would be an epistle.

THE AUDACITY!!!!

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
