Why do the work if someone else already did it? We put much time and effort into trying to discover how to do life. Growing up is rough, and trying to be a good egg is even harder. We want to be great human beings and make every day count, but how? One thing that God has made clear is that we live in relation with others for a reason.
We should learn from others. There are people that have been through trying times and have gained so much wisdom. We can look to those that have come before us for guidance. This was the most obvious, yet hardest thing for me to do. To say that I don't have life together and that I need help is not like me. I always want to be the most put together human in the room, but God has made it plain that I don't have all the answers and that it is okay.
I have taken the time to look to those around me for knowledge, experience, ideas, advice, and opinions of life. It got me thinking more about all those that have come before us. There are some seriously awesome people out there. I have compiled a list of quotes from people that have insight that will get us to reconsider how we do life.
