Why do people tend to generalize a whole group of people? One person doesn't define an entire ethnic group.
What makes that person so "special?" Why do they get to be the face of an ethnic group?
Not all stereotypes are true. Specifically speaking, NOT ALL Muslims are terrorists..
Just like not all black people can dance,
not all Hispanics are illegal,
not all white people are racist,
not all Russians are violent,
not all Italians are in the mafia,
and the list goes on.
So why are ALL of the people from six specific countries being banned for terrorism from a country that's all about freedom?
Iranians, Libyans, Somalians, Sudanese, Syrians and Yemenis.
Why must they be treated differently?
If the first amendment guarantees freedom of religion amongst other things, why are they being shunned?
Are Americans the only ones who are allowed to express themselves freely? Generalizing is biased and offensive.
So someone please tell me:
Why is the leader of the United States promoting it?
Have a safe week xo.
