There is something about seeing a Disney show that gives me nostalgia and excitement. It like because you can't go to Disney it can come to you. With that here five reason why I go to Disney on Ice every year when my friends think its childish.

1. Mickey Mouse, of course!?

I don't have the opportunity to go to Disneyworld every year and see Mickey Mouse. I love to go to Disney on Ice because I can see One of my favorite characters Mickey! I always fun to look at what outfit he will be wearing each year.

2. Lion King!

I love lion king; in fact, it is my favorite Disney musical next to High School Musical. I love to hear "I Just Can't Wait to Be King" and to see all the animals on the ice. My favorite part to see is the stampede because the antelopes look like they are running.

3. The Little Mermaid

Ariel is my favorite Disney princess, and I love to see on the ice. Under the sea is my favorite song to hear as well as "Apart of your world." The Sebastian costume is cool to see because it intricately made and his arms move so smoothly.

4. The food at Disney on Ice

If you're like me, who likes snow cones, eating a Disney snowcone is the best! I love to get the rainbow snow cone because of the intense flavors! I also love to get the little mermaid cup!

5. Seeing the show with loved ones

Last but not least, I loved to see Disney on Ice with my family. I like to experience the show and to have that much need downtime with my fam. You really can't family time plus Disney anywhere else (well I guess you can get that at Disneyworld LOL)

What are your favorite things about Disney On Ice or Disneyworld?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
