We have all watched cartoons at one point in our lives. We have also all probably thought about wanting to be in one. Think about how cool it would be to live in a cartoon world.
For one thing, there would really be no physical limitations to what you can do. In cartoons, the laws of physics don't always apply. There are many times in real life when we all wish we could defy the laws of physics at least once. In cartoons, we could probably walk on water or even fly. Some cartoons defy the laws of gravity as well. Not to mention, superhero cartoons completely lack physical limitations with all the powers and unrealistic battles that occur.
Another interesting thing about living in a cartoon world that could be considered both good and bad would be you probably wouldn't have to worry about aging. Cartoons nowadays are more common in showing and mentioning the characters again. However, cartoons back in the day didn't usually do that. For example, Stewie Griffin from Family Guy has been one year old for about 17 years now. With the lack of aging also comes a lack of death. Even though it's more common for a cartoon character to die than it is for them to age, it's still a rare occurrence for a legitimate cartoon death to take place. A lot of times when a cartoon character dies, they don't stay dead. For example, Kenny McCormick from South Park dies in just about every episode, but he's also usually seen again in the next episode.
Probably the best thing about being in a cartoon would be the countless opportunities to break the fourth wall. So many cartoons have done this and it's always funny to watch cartoon characters point out that they're in a cartoon. It's impossible for us to do anything like that in real life because what we're doing is reality. It would be great for us to be able to break the fourth wall every once in a while for comic relief.
Unfortunately, modern technology has not yet gotten to the point where we can be transported into a cartoon world. So, we'll have to stick with reality for the time being. Still, it would be interesting if we could be animated for a while.
