1. Management Major: Blair Waldorf

Blair has always been one to take control and be a leader. She even always had a gaggle of minions following her wherever she goes. She knows how to get what she wants and she knows the best ways to do it. She is an ideal management major because she is so driven and full of leadership.

2. Business Majors: Chuck Bass

Chuck is a natural business man. He owns his own company and hotel. He makes new deals constantly and never ceases to give up on a sale. He is relentless when it comes to business and would be the most successful of his class as a business major.

3. English Majors: Dan Humphrey (of course)

Dan has been a writer since the show began, so it only makes sense that he would represent the English majors in college. He is a dedicated writer who doesn't stop until he reaches and finds his story. He even published a successful book because of his writing skills!

4. Fashion Design: Jenny Humphrey

Jenny was the up-and-coming fashion design icon (at least, until she was banished from Manhattan by Blair). Her designs were unique and cutting-edge. If she went to school, it is no doubt that Jenny would have gone into Fashion-Design and excelled dramatically.

5. Music Majors: Rufus Humphrey

Rufus was a rock star and a legend in the music industry. Even if he had retired from touring and his band, he was always strumming his guitar or writing down lyrics. Music was his life, aside from his children. That is how most music majors feel about their passion, making Rufus the perfect representation of music majors.

6. Romance Languages: Serena Van Der Woodsen

Serena is a die-hard romantic. She loves traveling and taking romantic getaways. She and Dan are one the greatest love stories on the show (aside from Blair and Chuck). She was always quick to fall in love and be on the next romantic adventure. She was also well-educated and cultured. Anyone who is a hopeless romantic would also love to learn Italian and French, making Serena a romance language major in my eyes.

7. Psych Majors: Georgina Sparks

Georgina is most likely one of the most hated characters on the show. But also one that causes excitement. She knew how to get into people's minds and convince them to go along with her, fall into her traps, or do her dirty work. She knows how people's minds work. Her ability to know how people think and react makes her a great Psych major because they focus on the mind and actions of people in the world. Although Georgina isn't the greatest of people, she is still very smart.

8. Journalism and Communications: Nate

Nate was amazing at running the spectator and eventually his own company, as well. He knew how to get a story and where to find the next big news item to write about. He was a news and drama chaser. When he wanted it, he found it. Although he later goes into politics, this still shows how great he can be in journalism and the communications field.

9. Interior Design: Lily Van Der Woodsen/Bass/Humphrey

Lily was a great decorator wherever she went. Her loft was gorgeous and always tasteful, as well as any party she planned. She knew what looked good and what didn't. So hands down; interior design majors are Lily Bass

10. Philosophy: Eric Van Der Woodsen

Eric always seemed like the voice of wisdom in the show. He always knew what was right and he knew the best way to solve a problem. Whether or not people listened to him was a different story. But I believe his outlook on life and problems believe shows him as a great philosophy Major.

11. Independent Studies: Carter Baizen

Carter was always a free spirit. He had a "go-where-the-wind took-him" vibe. He traveled because he could. He even backpacked across Europe. He wasn't always focused on the right things, but he did what he wanted and when he wanted to. Carter came and went as he pleased and never had anyone to answer to. Kind of like an independent study; where you work on your own without anyone over your shoulder.

12. Women's Studies: Vanessa

Vanessa is a die-hard equal rights activist. She always had a new cause she was going to work on or a rally she was helping support. Vanessa supported every cause she believed in, in the biggest ways she could. Vanessa is a perfect Women's studies major because of how hard she believes in feminism and everything else she supports.

13. Theater: Ivy Dickens

This one is obvious, considering she lied and pretended to be someone she wasn't for almost a year. She would be an amazing theater major and if she had the chance, and could possibly do Broadway with her acting skills.

14. Hospitality: Dorota

Dorota holds a special place in my heart. She was always kind until necessary. She was amazing to Blair and loved everyone unless they crossed her and her loved ones. Dorota would be a great hospitality major because she knew what Blair needed and when. She was always there for her and always put other people ahead of herself.

15. Criminal Justice: Gossip Girl

To end this article, this is the character on the show. Gossip Girl knew everything about anyone. She was amazing at finding out where people were or what they were up to. She could have been in the FBI or CIA with her stalking and a number of connections she had all over the Upper Eastside. So I believe that all criminal justice majors are the Gossip Girl out of all their friends.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
