Living in a small town like Starkville, I have come to appreciate the beauty and uniqueness of local boutiques. I am lucky to live in a town where we have plenty of cute boutiques with lots of stylish options for just about every event any MSU girl goes to, from formals to football games and just about everything in between. Each boutique has its own unique personality and characteristics. Being the shopaholic that I am, I've put together characteristics of four out of the numerous local boutiques here. Just read along and match up with which one you think reflects your personality.

Style Revel
Style Revel is all about being the life of the party. Style Revel's motto is "Life Is a Party, Dress Like It," which is reflected in the merchandise they sell. They sell things ranging from clothes to party supplies such as cards and confetti. Style Revel reflects a fun and outgoing personality. It's for the girl who likes to have a good time and is not afraid to be herself. Style Revel girls also love glitter and vintage concert t-shirts.
Reed's
For those of you who do not know, Reed's is an outdoors store which also has very cute dresses and clothes. This store is for the girl who wants to go to class in a comfortable outfit like Patagonia shorts, a t-shirt, and Chacos, but loves to dress up at night. Reed's is the place where you can buy a cute pair of Chacos, but also find your semi-formal dress. Reed's personality and characteristics show a person who wants to go outside and enjoy the outdoors in the most comfortable and stylish manner that she can, but wants to dress up and look good at night. Reed's is like the well-rounded girl who wants to go on adventures in the outdoors, but loves to get dolled up.
Deep South Pout
This store is perfect for finding an outfit for just about anything. This store is for the girl who wants to go to all the sporting events and look as stylish as possible while there. This store is perfect for the Southern girl who likes to dress up for wherever she goes. These kind of girls have lots of MSU pride and wear their cute game day shirts and accessorize them with adorable maroon buttons. This store reflects the personality of cute, sweet, stylish, Southern girls who love to go to sporting events.
Libby Story
This store is very hip and trendy. This reminds me of the girl who likes to go to music festivals and drinks tea from local coffee shops. These girls want to have fun but look good at the same time. They are girls who are stylish and in touch with current trends. Libby Story also has a lot of vintage clothing and is for the girl who loves to experience a blast from the past when she walks into a store or her closet. This store is also for the girls who love to read - their walls are covered in book pages (it's so cute - go check it out seriously).
