It's your birthday. Your anniversary. Your insert-celebration-here. It's just another Friday night, and you have decided that your kitchen is closed. So it's time to go out to eat. Where will you go? What will you eat? How will you choose? All important questions, but none are nearly as exciting as the one that has yet to be posed: Who will you see? You're not in your kitchen anymore. It's time to people-watch.

1. The foodie.
